I went snowboarding over the weekend and decided I better do something else today since my dietary train went off the tracks for thanksgiving! I headed in with a buddy to CrossFit Finish First and busted out 100 burpee pull ups for time. Which makes the workout very simple but challenging at the same time. Like whoa.
