Another rough day at Crossfit Finish First and day 3 of the intermittent fasting. I felt very focused and energized but my back wasn’t having the workout today.
- 5 – L – Pull ups with legs at 90 degrees
- 7 – clean and squat 135/95
- 9 – box jumps @ 24″
- 4 rounds for time
This one was a doozy for sure. The clean and squat wrecked my back and I ended up doing 95#’s after the first set and subsequently got a terrible time somewhere in the 12 minute range. One guy got it in 8 minutes flat as prescribed, very impressive!
