Uh-oh, it’s Paleo cookie dough!
You know that treat you always got in trouble for eating raw by your parents when you were younger? Well I’ve decided it’s time to feed that inner child, and yes I’m talking about cookie dough! Here’s what you’ll need:
- 1/2 c walnuts
- 1/2 c dark chocolate
- 1/4 c melted coconut oil
- 1/4 c unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- 16 oz almond butter
Although cookie dough is absolutely delicious, there’s always that stomach ache that quickly follows! I’ve made this paleo cookie dough so you won’t get that upset stomach or weight gain. This is a ridiculously quick treat to make. First, you’ll want to place your dry ingredients (walnuts, chocolate, unsweetened coconut flakes, and cinnamon) in your food processor and blend until it’s in small pieces. You’ll want to put your wet ingredients (almond butter, vanilla, coconut oil) in a mixing bowl and fold in the dry ingredients. Once this is done, place your dough in the fridge for about 2 hours. Once those two hours have passed, feel free to dig into that bowl with a spoon and get a fat pile of the cookie dough!
