Paleo breakfast is serverd!

So, we’ve got two options for you today for a healthy clean paleo breakfas!  We’re replacing your sugar filled breakfast cereals and kicking your old oatmeal to the curb!  One is a cold cereal type mixture consisting of berries and nuts and the other is a warmer nut and almond milk oatmeal.  No matter how you slice it berries and nuts are head and shoulders cleaner and healthier than 99% of pre packaged breakfast cereals.  This is a fairly simple process so here we go!
Paleo morning cereal
  • 1 c mixed nuts (raw unsalted)
  • 1/2 c almond milk (or coconut milk, not from the can but carton like milk)
  • 1/2 c blueberries
  • 1/2 c raspberries
  • You can mix any variety of berries but these are what I enjoy!

Mixed nuts. Yum!


1. Soak nuts in warm water for 24 hours
2. Once the 24 hours is up, put nuts in food processor and mix until finely mixed
3. Heat almond milk on medium heat for approximately 10 minutes

Warm milk. Warm milk!

4. When that is done, pour nuts into a bowl, add milk and cover for 5 minutes
5. Add your berries and you’re ready to grub!

Paleo oatmeal is served!


We’ve got one more paleo breakfast item that’s easy to make and even easier to eat!!! It takes no time at all and tastes delicious. Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1/4 c almonds (raw unsalted)
  • 1/2 c coconut milk
  • 1/2 c blueberry
  • 1/2 c raspberries
Put all of your ingredients in a bowl like regular cereal and dig in!  Other berries can be added or subtracted just watch the carbs from too many berries!
