Interested in joining our team? We train people daily in Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing, CrossFit, CrossFit Striking and also offer personal training and on ramp beginner courses.  Come check us out, get in contact with us via our website or just stop in.  The first workout is always free so what are you waiting for?

Kickboxing, Boxing, MMA and Muay Thai times are on the hour.  Please show up a little bit early so class may start on time for all students! CrossFit Striking times are ran in “heats” or “waves”.  Typically groups go every 30 minutes once the warm up and technical skill building is done. Kickboxing, Boxing, MMA and Muay Thai times are on the hour.  Please show up a little bit early so class may start on time for all students!

CrossFit Striking – H.I.I.T Program

  • CrossFit programming revolving around various MMA techniques
  • Incorporate lifting, striking, running and more.  A new challenge every day
  • Burn approximately 800 calories per hour!
  • Continue burning calories and fat long after the workout is over by targeting multiple large muscle groups
  • Included in your CrossFit or Kickboxing membership

Kickboxing Boxing Muay Thai striking program:

  • Hour long technical classes with conditioning drills
  • Sparring and competition team spots available to all members
  • Shred pounds fast and keep the weight off
  • Burn up to 1,000 calories approximately per session!
  • Learn valuable self defense techniques from various disciplines Mixed Martial Arts, Boxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing and Karate
  • 5 days per week, 4 classes per night
