These things are killer and are sure to make you sore in places you didn’t know you get sore at! An exercise routine involving push ups, single arm rows, thrusters and forward lunges! All this using kettlebells or dumbells!!!
Try one of these workouts involving the Man Maker!
- 5 Man Makers with 20kg kettlebells
- 400 meter run
- 4 rounds for time
A harder version of the above workout.
- 500 meter row
- 10 kettlebell snatch each arm @24kg/16kg kettlebell
- 5 Man Makers @20kg/12kg kettlebells
- 4 rounds for time
