What is Fight Fit?

Fight Fit is a randomized audio workout that is comprised of over 70 different striking and exercise files.  By selecting random or shuffle on your audio output device it randomly picks a track and plays them in a different order every time.  In whole the workout is over 40 minutes and has multiple striking, plyometric and isometric exercises..  By minimizing down time and varying the speed and intensity of the exercises your body will always be confused and the workout will stay fresh and challenging every time you listen to it.

Watch this video for a brief description and explanation of Fight Fit.

What are the numbers and calls for Fight Fit?

The 1 – 10 combination system is a staple for most American and Thai boxing striking arts.  It assigns a number to each of the main strikes used by your hands and legs.  When used together this forms hundreds and thousands of different striking combinations.  Below is  a brief overview of your stances and a short technical demonstration on how to execute each strike.  If you’re new please pay attention to the technical form and watch each video to prevent injury or harm to yourself.  If you’re a know it all tough guy, also be careful not to throw improper technique as it can cause some bumps and bruises.
