Drop Shoulder Push Ups! Home workout and push up variations!
We have another push up variation here with the drop shoulders! This is a push up I’ve been doing for several years now to help keep my straight punches explosive, quick and snappy. It has you dropping and favoring one side of your body then you explode and switch sides. Very explosive plyometric style push up! Try this routine to get your chest and shoulders fired up!
- 10 drop shoulders (5 each arm)
- 40 straight punches (20 each arm)
- 10 drop shoulders (5 each arm)
- 40 hooks (20 each arm)
- 10 drop shoulders (5 each arm)
- 40 uppercuts (20 each arm)
- Repeat for 3 rounds and you will be toast!
