D & B striking WOD!!! 8/1/2012
Hey folks! It’s been a while since I posted but it’s a good one! We have another challenging striking WOD here for you to try out. A couple big dogs at CrossFit Finish First wanted to go head to head with a challenging striking WOD. Here’s what I cooked up for them:
- 10 – 1,2,1,2 burpee
- 10 – Box Jumps (24″)
- 10 – Kettle Bell Swings (24kg)
- 3 – Body Weight Bench Press
- 3 rounds for time!
Make sure you have a spotter for the bench, it would be a shame to lose some of you folks due to a heavy bench pressing injury! Besides that…. watch the video below, get after it and work hard!
