CrossFit Striking WOD 6/7/12
It’s been a while since I posted a WOD so here’s the one from last Thursday that got most peoples blood flowing!
- 20 – Cleans @ 135#/95#
- 50 – Double Unders
- 100 – Straight Punches (1,2′s)
- 2 Rounds (3 for advanced athletes)
