CrossFit Striking WOD 6/7/12

It’s been a while since I posted a WOD so here’s the one from last Thursday that got most peoples blood flowing!

  • 20 – Cleans @ 135#/95#
  • 50 – Double Unders
  • 100 – Straight Punches (1,2′s)
  • 2 Rounds (3 for advanced athletes)

Here’s a video rundown of myself performing and explaining the moves!  Get after it and post times!
