CrossFit Striking WOD 5/10/12
The season of Summer is finally upon us! It’s getting nice here in Washington and I’ve used that opportunity to do as many outside workouts I can! Here’s one we did with some 1,2s, running and burpees!
- 80 – 1,2′s
- 200 meter run
- 40 – 1,2′s
- 400 meter run
- 20 – 1,2′s
- 800 meter run
- 40 burpees
