CrossFit and Striking WOD 11/29/2011

The CrossFit WOD for today was….

  • Hang power snatch 95#
  • Push Ups
  • 15-12-9-6-3

Good stuff for technique on the power snatch!

The striking WOD was….

  • 100 power 1-2′s
  • 100 power 10′s
  • 100 power 9′s
  • 1k Row

For time!  Here’s a video for the WOD.  Make sure your really resetting your hips and hitting powerfully in every punch/kick!
