Chest and core routine. Plank ups and push ups!
MOAR CORE WORK!!!! Looking to get that core and chest fired up for summer? Or are you looking to end your workout on a chest smoker, this routine is for you! The routine has you start in a push up position and walk your hands down to your forearms and then walk back up to your hands. That is a plank up! We all know what’s good with push ups. Chest on the floor, lock your arms out at the top on each rep! The routine goes in a downward pyramid with you starting at 10 plank ups then without dropping to your knees doing 10 push ups. You will continue going down to 9 plank ups, then 9 push ups 8/8 then 7/7 etc….. until you get to 1. If your a real fitness maniac you can go back up to 10 after you get down to 1.
