1,2 combination. Kickboxing technique!

Planted heels and reaching on punches are two of the most common beginner problems in almost any striking program.  Here I briefly go through some of my coaching points when instructing and executing a jab-cross or 1,2 combination.  Staying light on your toes and beginning the movement from the back leg is crucial.  By driving off of your back leg first it will give you more explosive speed and power when executing these striking techniques.  Enjoy!
